Happy Cabbage continues to please! I have already raved about their cartridges, and I’m here to say Happy Cabbage Rosin Batter is no exception. Upon eagerly getting this concentrate home, I cracked right in to marvel at this lovely. My anxiously awaited Gelato Cheesecake was a beautiful, pale yellow. Had I not known better, I’d have thought I was looking at a dollop of fresh cookie dough. My senses were filled with a woody, oak-like nuttiness with a hint of sweet, finishing neatly with a minty twist. Gelato Cheesecake lives up to the name. As a person who has to avoid most sugary foods in their diet, it’s nice to know I always have quality rosin like this that’s simply bursting with flavor when I want to enjoy the taste of a dessert without all that sugar! For those wondering if Rosin is really worth the hype, I’m here to tell you with a resounding, “Yes!”, that it absolutely is!
